Biography
Beth Hansen has been drawing images of fantasy for many years -
her first sale being a charcoal drawing of Smaug, the dragon of
the Lonely Mountain in J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Hobbit".
Beth blends realism with romance in her paintings, she works in
layers to achieve luminous skin tones and glowing light effects,
creating magical works inspired by faery lore and mythology.
