Biography
Blonde Blythe was born on April 18, 1957 at Fort Rucker Alabama,
U.S.A. She acquired her artist name from the first painting she
sold on eBay, that of a blonde Blythe doll.
Her Blythe doll art captured the attention of journalist Tiffany
Lewis, who featured two of Blonde Blythe's paintings in the July/August
2001 issue of Barbie Bazaar magazine, in the article: Blythe: American
Gothic. While Blonde Blythe mostly paints scenes featuring her favorite
Blythe dolls, she occasionally paints other subjects as well. |
